  • The guides live in guides/ (the user): TypeDoc writes to docs/ again as before (typedoc, Netlify, ignores restored); README links and CHANGELOG follow; guides/ stays out of the VSIX, the Marketplace links to them on GitHub (773f1e6)
  • README about agents and sessions, the rest in docs/ guides (agents, sessions and local coding agents, notebooks and documents, commands and settings); TypeDoc's output moves to api-docs/ (Netlify publishes it) so docs/ holds the guides; 0.1.2 (eb860a2)
  • AGENTS: SmartDynamicControllerManager is active — created in uiSetup, refreshed by the auth manager, a controller per runtime from the runtime selector and the server provider; the 'disabled' rule and known limitation were stale (b058b3f)
  • docs: realFileContextProvider keeps its class comment beside its own @module comment (TypeDoc) (df99a67)
  • docs: code documentation lives in the sources, no per-directory READMEs (4f89478)
  • docs: the directory READMEs' still-true content moved into the sources as TSDoc (5842f2b)
