Copy-DbaLinkedServer issue with new dbatools version 2.7.8

I have to do an offline installation, so I use the following commands on my internet enabled pc:
Install-Module dbatools -Force -SkipPublisherCheck
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
Import-Module dbatools

I then copy the folders dbatools.library and dbatools from my pc to the server and run:
Install-Module dbatools -Force -SkipPublisherCheck

I am going from version 2.1.22 to 2.7.8. On the old version i can run:

Copy-DbaLinkedServer -Source XXX,1450-Destination xxx,1450

it runs fine but trying to run it on 2.7.8 I get this error:

Copy-DbaLinkedServer -Source 'XXX,1450' -Destination 'xxx,1450'
WARNING: [09:30:33][Copy-DbaLinkedServer] Failure | The parameter is incorrect

Any ideal if Im missing something on the install or anything? Ive spent hours trying to figure this out and have had no luck
