First major of this fork line. BC breaks relative to 1.14.1.

Removed the Db validators — Validator\Db\RecordExistsFactory and NoRecordExistsFactory. Unlike other removals in this release these withdrew live public service names: Laminas\ApiTools\ContentValidation\Validator\DbRecordExists and ...\DbNoRecordExists were registered in the validators plugin manager, so any input filter spec naming them loses them.

laminas/laminas-validator moves to require-dev; src/ no longer references it, and it remains installed regardless because laminas-inputfilter requires it.

Removed the ServiceManager v2 shims.

Constraints on sibling forks widened to accept their new majors.

Retired phpunit 10 and added a monthly dependabot configuration. Removed the tracked .coveralls.yml.

45 doc-comment annotations converted to attributes in ContentValidationListenerTest; PHPUnit 12 no longer reads them, so widening the constraint without this would have dropped every data provider in the file. Group names are preserved verbatim.

Six will($this->returnValue(...)) calls converted to willReturn() — returnValue() is removed in phpunit 12. One was a latent bug: willReturn($this->returnValue(null)) handed setData() a stub object rather than null.

Removed a dead mock expectation whose method was never invoked, and which was checking InputFilterInterface::has() against a ServiceManager service name.

Development tooling now at phpunit ^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0, psalm ^6.14, laminas-coding-standard ^3.1.

No runtime behaviour changes. The only src/ edits are #[Override] attributes and their imports, so this is a patch release.

laminas-validator is constrained to ^2.65, deliberately excluding ^3: validator 3.x removed the Db validators entirely, so v3 cannot satisfy those factories. Removing them would unblock v3 but is a BC break, since they are resolvable by public service name.

• Dependency floors raised to releases covering the whole supported range.
• laminas-mvc ^3.0.4 → ^3.8 plus a datasage/laminas-mvc VCS repository entry; api-problem → ^1.10; content-negotiation → ^1.11.
• vimeo/psalm ^5 → ^6.0; baseline regenerated; one dead InternalMethod suppression removed.
• config.platform.php 8.1.99 → 8.2.99.
• CI: .laminas-ci.json now excludes doc linting instead of ignoring platform requirements; removed release-on-milestone-closed.yml.

No src/ changes.

CI green on 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 across locked, lowest and latest. 92 tests, 225 assertions.
