Normalized CI tooling and added a monthly dependabot configuration. Removed the tracked .coveralls.yml.

19 #[Override] attributes added, clearing every MissingOverrideAttribute entry from the psalm baseline. All fifteen doubles in the factory tests are now stubs — neither file configures an expectation.

Development tooling now at phpunit ^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0, psalm ^6.14, laminas-coding-standard ^3.1.

No runtime behaviour changes. The only src/ edits are #[Override] attributes and their imports, so this is a patch release.

Supported PHP

~8.2.0 || ~8.3.0 || ~8.4.0 || ~8.5.0 — adds 8.5, drops 8.1.

Dependencies

• laminas/laminas-stdlib ^3.21 and psr/container ^1.1 || ^2.0 added to require; both are imported by src/ but were only present transitively.
• laminas/laminas-mvc-i18n dropped. No release supports 8.5 (1.9.0 caps at ~8.4.0), and it was only test wiring — the Laminas\Mvc\I18n module in three test application configs plus a 'translator' => 'MvcTranslator' alias, with no test asserting translation behaviour. laminas-i18n is retained and does support 8.5.
• laminas-mvc → ^3.8 and laminas-test → ^4.13, with VCS repository entries for datasage/laminas-mvc and datasage/laminas-test. Neither upstream package has an 8.5 release.
• Laminas\Authentication and MongoClient are used in src/ but deliberately left undeclared: both are optional, guarded by $container->has() and class_exists() respectively.
• Floors raised to releases covering the whole supported range; api-problem → ^1.10, content-negotiation → ^1.11.

PHPUnit ^10 → ^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0

Required by laminas-test 4.13.0, which dropped end-of-life phpunit 10. Three migration items came with it:

• Overlapping test suites separated. adapter-pdo covered test/Adapter/Pdo while the main suite covered all of test/, which contains it. PHPUnit 10 tolerated a file in two suites and ran those tests twice; 11 rejects it. The reported count drops from 74 to 55 — the 19 removed were duplicate executions, not lost coverage.
• provideStorage() converted from a @dataProvider to a createStorage() helper. It depended on instance state ($this->setUp(), the booted application, a reflected private property, a SQL fixture), which PHPUnit 11 forbids for providers. 19 tests across 10 files now call it directly.
• getMockForAbstractClass() → createMock() in all nine call sites; the former is removed in PHPUnit 12 and would have broken every ^12 || ^13 job.

Other changes

• Removed 7 no-op setAccessible() calls from test/, deprecated in 8.5.
• vimeo/psalm ^5 → ^6.14; baseline regenerated; one dead InternalMethod suppression removed.
• .laminas-ci.json keeps its mongodb / pdo / pdo-sqlite extensions and swaps the 8.4 platform-req ignore for doc-lint exclusions. release-on-milestone-closed.yml removed.

No src/ changes.

CI green on 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 across locked, lowest and latest. 55 tests, 224 assertions, no deprecations. The 8.5 latest job resolves phpunit 13.
