It is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen will say "unknown publisher" the
first time you run it. That is one click through More info -> Run anyway, and
unavoidable without a code-signing certificate. Check the hash above if you want
to be sure of what you have.

Diagnosis is read-only and never writes to your install. The repair shows you the
full plan and asks before it touches anything.

Mod Organizer 2 users: the repair writes into Binaries\Win64, which is the
wrong place under MO2. Use menu option 3 to download the verified archives and
install them through MO2 yourself.
