Critical performance fixes and new backup service.

📦 Upgrade Instructions

Easy Method (Recommended)

cd ~/easyadsb
git pull
./setup.sh

Manual Method

cd ~/easyadsb
git pull
docker compose build logger backup
docker compose up -d

Your existing flight data will be preserved. Database migration is automatic on first startup.
