  accounts on macOS with pitboard use desktop/<label>, while Claude is closed.

• A refused change says the interrupted switch it finished or undid before the refusal, not
  after it.
• While CLAUDE_CODE_CUSTOM_OAUTH_URL is set, pitboard abandon refuses only where a Claude
  Code switch is interrupted.
