A custom hostname's DNS status now follows its record set.

What's new

  • DNS status without delay. When a hostname's DNS record set becomes programmed, the HTTPProxy shows the hostname's DNS record as programmed at once, instead of waiting for an unrelated reconcile. (#588)

No schema changes. Existing resources keep working without any conversion.
