The cell manager can program Galactic VPCs where a cell enables it, and NSO's dependencies are updated with the Galactic API.

What's new

  • Galactic VPC programming in the cell manager. The cell manager can reconcile Galactic VPCs and VPC attachments, and it does so only in a cell whose config sets galactic.enabled. The change updates NSO's dependencies with the Galactic API, among them the Kubernetes client to v0.36.3 and gRPC to v1.84. (#662)

Fixes

  • The cell manager starts with Galactic enabled. Its Galactic NetworkInterface controller has a name of its own, so it no longer collides with the existing one. (#663)

No schema changes. Existing resources keep working without any conversion.
