A hostname that waits for its DNS zone or domain now reads as pending rather than failed.

Fixes

  • A hostname that waits for its DNS zone or domain reads as pending. The Gateway reports DNSRecordsProgrammed as False with reason Pending while every hostname without a record waits on Datum, and the HTTPProxy carries the condition again. A refused or conflicting record still reads PartialFailure and raises the activity event. A Gateway with no hostname left for Datum-managed DNS no longer keeps the condition. (#657, part of #537)

No schema changes. Existing resources keep working without any conversion.
