The operator now reports how long proxies take to program and why their reconciles fail.

What's new

  • Proxy programming metrics. The operator reports programming latency for new and edited proxies, reconcile failures by step and error class, and how many proxies are stuck and for how long, so delivery can set an SLO and alert on it. (#565)
  • Safer failure messages. A failure the user cannot fix now shows a fixed message with a reference instead of the raw error, and the full error is logged under that reference. (#565)

No schema changes. Existing resources keep working without any conversion.
