VPC EndpointSlice copies on the federation hub no longer change while their source does not.

What's new

  • No write fight over VPC EndpointSlice copies. The cell's write-back applies each hub copy with its own field manager, so the hub's claim label stays, an unchanged copy is not rewritten, and the gateway controller is no longer woken for it. (#568)

No schema changes. Existing resources keep working without any conversion.
