how do i select my theme?

i have dumped the config into ~/.config/rofi/ and put @theme "~/.config/rofi/custom-theme.rasi" at the bottom of the file but its not using it

i also dont see a way to select the theme from the command line, the only options are -dump-theme and -icon-theme

That should do it, if you run 2.0.0 try running rofi -h to see what files it parsed (Its listed at the end).
