2 things: The last document line isn't shown when limiting the document width and configurable jump link sides

Hi @davep. It's me again.

I have two things to mention. One problem and one feature request:

1. The last line of the document and the mimetype/language line are not shown when limiting the document width (for example setting it to 100).
2. It would be cool, if I could set the jump link position to "left" in the configuration file. For now I always have to press Super+F8 for switching them to the left, which is my preferred side for them (jump links are my preferred way to select links)

As always thanks alot for all the efforts you're putting into this project and answering questions and feature requests. I try to limit my questions to a minimum in future. It's just because I really like rogallo. And it's making progress really fast!

Good catch! Added #228 as a bug.

Technically you can, but from what you say you are anyway. The ToggleCosyLinkNumbers command, which is bound to Super+F8 by default, toggles that setting. So once you've turned it on (moved the labels to the left), they will stay there.

But... another good spot. While the setting is being toggled, and is being saved to the configuration file, it looks like it isn't being acted upon when you next start Rogallo. Added #229 as a bug.

Honestly, that really isn't necessary. Especially when we're talking about bugs or confusing behaviour, it's always good to know about it so I can either fix it, or better explain it. Reporting your experiences is always a great way to support Free Software and I appreciate it.
