Handling Low ACPL

  • Implemented an ACPL floor in the performance model:
    • The performance model is sensitive to very low ACPL values
    • Yet there are real-world circumstances that ca yield such values (some examples are given in the performance modelling README)
    • In recognition of this, the model now applies a floor to ACPL values, based on game length
  • Added the chessprf performance calculator for the TI-84 Plus CE Python Edition calculator, using the model parameters to calculate personal performance ratings based on ACPL and game length
