About

The OTP generator implements a terminal-based desktop timed one-time password (TOTP) or 2FA code generator featuring:

  • Secure, encrypted, file-based storage of service definitions
  • Addition and removal of services from the data file and listing of the current content
  • Data exchange via CSV, to facilitate importing and exporting services to and from the application via CSV file
  • One-off TOTP generation
  • "Live View" continuous TOTP generation with codes refreshing as they expire

Help on the available command line options, and their shortcut forms and parameters, is available by running the application with the "--help" option:

/path/to/OtpGenerator.Terminal --help

Where "/path/to/OtpGenerator.Terminal" is the path to the OTP Generator binary, named "OtpGenerator.Terminal" on MacOS and Linux and "OtpGenerator.Terminal.exe" on Windows.
