Capture Eggs 0.2.0 (Minecraft 26.3)

• Ultra Capture Egg costs much more: a capture egg between two golden apples, an end crystal above, a nether star
  below, blocks of diamond in the corners.
• It catches half the time now (ultraCaptureChance, 50 by default, was 100). A mob that breaks free keeps the egg.
  An existing config/captureeggs.json keeps its value.
