First Release

This is the first, and possibly, only release. What is here is a zip of the two scripts and three tarballs, each one containing a FPC compiler and source that can be untared (by hand or using one of the scripts) into $HOME/bin/FPC. You can, if you need, have all three installed there, switch between them by changing your path.
