• The dashboard now supports cell-motion mouse input: left-click selects rows or
  switches visible tabs, the wheel moves three rows, and right-click opens the
  selected row's existing actions without making a click implicitly open it.
• SKILLS and MCP share a session-only A context/all scope toggle and can open
  the selected local configuration in $VISUAL/$EDITOR or copy its path,
  sanitized summary, and explicitly requested raw file. Raw file copy is bounded
  to 1 MiB but may put credentials and other declarations into the system
  clipboard. A configured A tool remains available on other views; capability
  views give the scope toggle precedence.

• MCP caps its content-responsive SERVER column at 32 cells, keeping transport,
  state, and source columns together instead of pushing them to the far edge of a
  wide terminal.
