  The wizard combines gitignore templates and offers explicit skill selection,
  including Python project guidance through the native skills/lock provider.
• dev snippet and GitHub-only dev gist list, search, open and create small
  text shares through GitHub and GitLab, including explicit GitLab projects.
  Optional bounded content search reports incomplete coverage. File/stdin and
  editor workflows retain drafts and unknown publication outcomes honestly.
  REMOTE can switch between repositories and the independent snippets inventory.
