• Added a cumulative average counter to the speed test, with the following function calls:
  speedTest(const uint8_t reportEvery, const char* extraText, const bool bAverageReset, const bool bAverageReset) and
  speedTest(const uint8_t reportEvery, const char* extraText, const char* moreExtraText, const bool bAverage, const bool bAverageReset).
• modified speedtest(...) to return a bool, reporting false, unless it performed a report.
• Modified examples/debug_speedtest to account for the new variants.
