Small fixes for adjusting to more recent versions of NumPy / MatPlotLib.

  • Replacing fig.canvas.set_window_title() by fig.canvas.manager.set_window_title().
  • Removing fig.clf() after plt.show() as now MatPlotLib apparently clears the figure automatically.
  • Replacing np.math.factorial by math.factorial.
