Second SkillSpector pass — safety hardening:

  • The skill now suggests (rather than auto-edits) AGENTS.md / TOOLS.md, closing a prompt-injection / instruction-persistence channel.
  • Clarified privacy wording: ClawVault's storage is local and never transmitted; verifying a fact uses the agent's own web tools, which is separate from ClawVault.
  • Descriptions now explicitly disclose persistent local storage + retention.
