How to uninstall completely a skill, agent, command, hooks, etc. ?

Hi

I've installed a skill, then found no way to use it nor practical example in docs, etc.
skill/creative-design/ui-design-system

I've used this command to install it:
npx claude-code-templates@latest --skill creative-design/ui-design-system

How should I remove/uninstall it?
I've noticed the command installed it in local project's folder: .claude/skills/ui-design-system

Removing that folder should be enough, right?
It would be great to have uninstall references in docs for each element (skill, agent, etc.)
