🚀 Added

  • datetime_helpers.utc_now(): a timezone-aware "now" in UTC, so services stop mixing naive and aware datetimes.

🐛 Fixed

  • utc_now failed to import on Python 3.9 and 3.10, where datetime.UTC does not exist yet; it now falls back to timezone.utc.
