v15.0.1 — Restored themed assets and clean shutdown

This maintenance release restores the zero-configuration Discord artwork and usage statistics that regressed in v15.0.0.

• Restores light/dark Codex artwork and the statistics badge with day, week, month, and total tooltips.
• Serializes activity updates and shutdown so the final Discord clear cannot be overwritten by an in-flight update.
• Makes autostart:remove stop the background supervisor and clear Discord activity.
• Suppresses misleading disconnect warnings during an intentional shutdown.

Verified with 162 automated tests, TypeScript type checking, a production build, npm audit, live Discord RPC payload inspection, Windows autostart start/stop, and the six-job Windows/macOS/Linux Node 22/24 CI matrix.

Codex Discord Presence 15.0.0 is the first release in the new standalone public repository.
