The CGA simulation has been updated to fix graphics mode and implement the CGA's hsync and vsync retiming circuitry.
This requires a new modified Digital.jar to add the new CGA video mode timings that result.

A portable Windows install is now available - just unzip it to a directory and run run_cga_sim.bat.

Initial release

• Currently, only text mode is implemented, although attributes work.
• The CPU-side interface is not implemented. You have to manually load data into VRAM and toggle the bits you want in the mode control and color control registers.
