Add an option to filter out tables with no rows in the connections database explorer #1156

Description

@sae907

What:

Add an option to filter out tables with no rows in the connections database explorer

Why:

Our electronic medical records vendor only ever adds tables. They never delete them. They also provide very little useful documentation on how their tables are connected together. Also, they have very little naming and normalization consistency. I often have to recreate the data I need by exploring tables until I find what I need.

One thing that would help, is if I could only see tables with at least 1 row of data in them. For example, currently there are 8,770 tables in their database. 5 of the first 12 tables do not have data in them. It would be nice to just suppress them from the list to help me target what I am looking for easier.
