Zilum 0.1.0

The first release. Zilum is a screenshot tool for Windows 11. Press a key, mark it up, copy.

• PrintScreen opens the overlay: drag for a region, click a window. Shift+PrintScreen takes the current screen.
• The editor: Select, Arrow, Rectangle, Text, Blur, Pen, Badge, Picker, Crop and Resize. Pin keeps a capture on top of every window.
• Copy puts the image on the clipboard and closes the editor; Save writes a PNG to the save folder and closes it.
• Copy text reads the text in a region or window with the text recognition Windows ships.
• Settings: hotkeys, theme, save folder, window background, start with Windows.
