LGW Division Widget v2026.31.3

• New: Championship entry form. Players can now self-enter championships (or approved club admins can enter on their behalf) via the [lgw_champ_entry champ="..."] shortcode, instead of an admin hand-pasting entries into the textarea. Each entry becomes a structured ledger record (status, amount, payment reference, audit trail) and a confirmed/paid entry is projected into the existing championship draw automatically — the draw/bracket engine is unchanged.
• New: Per-club entry policy (Clubs screen) — some clubs can allow players to self-enter while others restrict entry to approved club administrators. A league-wide default and per-championship override are also available.
• New: Optional online entry payment via Stripe Checkout. When a championship has an entry fee, entrants are taken to secure hosted checkout and the entry is confirmed automatically on payment (webhook-verified). Free entries are confirmed immediately, and admins can mark entries paid offline as a fallback. Admins manage entries, fees, deadlines and capacity from a new LGW → Entries screen.
