LGW Division Widget v2026.31.5

• New: Bulk championship entry for club administrators. A new [lgw_champ_bulk_entry champ="..."] shortcode lets an approved club administrator enter their whole club's entrants at once — one per line (or comma-separated for singles), with the players in a team event separated by "/" (e.g. "A Smith / B Jones" for a pair). Duplicates and unreadable lines are skipped and reported back. When the championship has a fee, the whole batch is paid in a single secure Stripe checkout.
• New: Player-list validation with a capitation warning. When someone enters, any name not found in that club's tracked player list is flagged back to the entrant — "unregistered players may affect your club's capitation fees" — so spelling mistakes and unregistered players are caught at entry. The warning never blocks the entry.
