• New setting Include one-time charges in the total? (default false, so
  nothing changes until it is turned on). When true, a one-time charge such
  as a gift box is added into the running total, once whatever the quantity,
  as the cart adds it, so the customer sees what the line will cost before
  clicking Add to Cart. The line beneath the total then reads "Includes
  one-time charge:" (new language constant APM_TEXT_ONETIME_INCLUDED).

Upgrading: put the v1.1.0 folder beside the old one and click Upgrade in
Admin > Modules > Plugin Manager. The upgrade adds the new setting; your
other settings are kept.
