  • Added ability to import EMF files to RTF and DOCX outputs.
  • Changed default font on create_report() to "Courier" instead of "fixed".
    If you want a fixed-width report, set font = "fixed" explicitly.
  • Added gap between spanning header lines for RTF, DOCX, and HTML.
  • Improved indenting on the stub so wrapped lines are indented properly.
  • Fixed several problems with PDF borders.
  • Fixed problem with HTML spanning underlines.
  • Added option for "blank_before" on define() function for all output types.
  • Increased max column width to 5 inches.
