Snapmockit 1.2.0

Snapmockit 1.2.0 installs from the Python Package Index on any platform with
Python 3.12 or later, and fixes how Check for Updates reads a pre-release.

New: install with pipx or uv.

pipx install snapmockit

or

uv tool install snapmockit

Either puts a snapmockit command on your path. snapmockit --version prints
the version and snapmockit --capture full takes a capture straight away. On
Linux, Qt needs the system libraries every desktop installation has (the README
lists them). The package installs no menu entry; start it from a terminal or
bind the command to a key. Windows and macOS installations run, but the screen
capture backends for both are untested.

Check for Updates tells an installation from the index how to upgrade:
pipx upgrade snapmockit, uv tool upgrade snapmockit, or
pip install --upgrade snapmockit, whichever installed it.

The command shown for a keyboard shortcut on the first-run Wayland page and
in Preferences > Capture is snapmockit for an installation from the index,
or the command's full path when its environment is not on your path.

Fixed: Check for Updates from a pre-release such as 1.2.0rc1 reported that
the latest release could not be read. It now treats a pre-release as older than
its release.

The AppImage and the Flatpak bundle are unchanged apart from that fix, and are
attached below as before.
