Patch release refining the counter placement introduced in v1.3.0.

Changed

• Counter placement — the counter now sits to the right of the field instruction (or the label, when a field has no instruction) instead of stacking on its own line above the input. The area below the input stays clear for other plugins.
• Wording — shortened from "characters" to "chars" (English; the French translation keeps "caractères").

Removed

• "Counter Position" setting (below-right / below-left). The counter now always renders beside the label, so the option no longer had any effect. Existing stored values are ignored — no action needed.
