Fix: Flyout submenu viewport overflow

Fixed flyout submenus getting cut off at the bottom of the viewport when hovering over menu items positioned low in the admin sidebar.

Submenus now automatically reposition upward to stay within view, clamped between the admin bar and viewport bottom.
