Python 3.13 compatibility and addition to the pre-compiled wheels, it was released on October 7th.

Quick update on the status of this:

One of the required packages does not yet support Python 13, so we'll be holding off on this for the time being while monitoring their progress.

dbt-core added support for Python 3.13 in #11401 but it has not been added to dbt-common yet. Unclear if we want to close this yet.
