Bring the handoff current through the writing consolidation and explorer display

Brings the handoff package current through the Tengwar era: the writing-system consolidation, the explorer's dual-hand lexicon display, the spacing arc's lesson, and the compound-registry scale ruling. The consolidation commit itself had already updated current_state.md's intro line, retirement paragraph, and parked ledger, so this PR adds only what remained.

README.md

The "Where the work stopped" narrative gains one paragraph after the pamphlet expansion: the glyph-mode retirement with its studies archived under archive/writing_systems/, Tengwar as Phi's one second hand at tengwar/, the explorer's per-headword rendering with byte-identical browser composition and measured balance, the renderer's first full-lexicon review finding (the a tehta slightly low over the h tengwa, deferred), and the registry's return to word-pair scale with lothea korua.

current_state.md

• The parked Tengwar-renderer-verification row records its new live review surface and the deferred first finding, with the fix path named (tengwar/glyphs.json placement tweaks).
• The corpus-state section gains one sentence on the registry ruling: 76 rows at word-pair and word-triple scale, the four-word Metta entry replaced by lothea korua with mawha norui composing in the sutta's lines.

repository_workflow.md

• The site-build summary adds Tengwar placement data to the generated set.
• The explorer's settled-rules section gains the display's contract: tengwar_words.json, browser markup kept byte-identical to render_line(), rendering questions answered in scripts/tengwar.py rather than patched in the composer.
• The browser-automation note now names stylesheet and layout changes as the case that requires a headless probe of computed style before shipping, with the .entry-body p specificity trap recorded as the reason.
