What's fixed

Create missing workdir (and cache bind) host directories before bind-mount so runner create no longer fails when /srv/gha-work/<name> does not exist yet

Home Assistant users: update to ghcr.io/dchote/github-runner-addon:0.4.1, then create/recreate the runner.
