Since our last release, our team has completed Assignment 2 - Team Exploration - Bias and Diversity Reflection. In this submission, we provide a detailed overview of our team’s collective strengths, weaknesses, and areas of expertise. We also identify subject matter experts within our team, outline where external expertise will be needed, and reflect on how diversity and unconscious bias may influence our project. The write-up demonstrates our awareness of both the advantages of our varied backgrounds and the limitations that may affect our ability to empathize with users globally.
