Add two tutorial levels: One where players only have to match frequency and then one where they only match rate.

Cube should change color based on number of treaties that have failed, rather than how much patience it has left?

Level shouldn't end if when cube runs out of patience? Maybe there's a minimum amount that it won't go below, say 15 or 20 seconds. Level only ends after 6 fails or 6 successes?

Combine COMM LOG such that in a level you have to negotiate X treaties and we log the outcome of each. Peace, Truce, or Meltdown are based on total balance of outcomes. This could make getting a perfect sync more valuable. Difficulty could ramp by requiring more successful negotiations vs failed ones to achieve the Peace ending, for instance.

Need to have a fictional wrapper around losing FREQ and RATE colors and call better attention to it somehow.
