added wallride animation and high-speed wallride animation slots, added checkbox to allow on-gear tricks to use on-foot controller (to use on-foot animations as on-gear tricks, mainly useful for inline skates) fixed newtrix breaking movestyler animations, fixed launcher not doing a trick when you launch from it, removed wallride debug messages, fixed bug that caused the grind controller override to not stop overriding once the grind ended, added configs for frameride stuff
