0.7.1에서는 한 번 수동 업그레이드가 필요합니다. 앱을 종료한 뒤 Mac ZIP의 앱을 응용 프로그램 폴더로 옮기거나 Windows 설치 프로그램/압축판을 사용하세요. 사용자 설정과 가져온 캐릭터팩은 앱 설치 폴더와 별도로 저장됩니다. SHA256SUMS.txt로 다운로드한 파일을 확인할 수 있습니다. latest-mac.yml과 latest.yml은 앱 업데이트용 메타데이터입니다.

Windows 설치형의 미서명 앱 업데이트는 별도의 기기별 동의가 필요하며, 압축판은 수동 교체를 사용합니다. 자동 확인을 켜도 자동 다운로드나 자동 설치를 시작하지 않습니다.

외부 캐릭터팩

공개 캐릭터팩 저장소에서 내려받아 설정의 캐릭터 추가로 가져옵니다. 기존 팩에 업데이트 출처가 없다면 출처를 포함한 팩을 한 번 가져와야 합니다.

외형 이름, 팩 버전, 앱 버전은 별개입니다. 이번 안정화로 이미 게시된 팩·피드·원화·리깅·대사·페르소나는 변경하지 않았습니다. 기본 앱에는 지피쨩만 포함됩니다.

사용·검증 안내

• 같은 사용자 계정의 Codex 데스크톱 앱과 함께 사용합니다. 데스크톱 상태 연결에는 CLI Hook 설정이 필요하지 않습니다. 캐릭터 대화에는 지원하는 공식 CLI와 로그인이 필요합니다.
• Mac 받아쓰기는 Mac 전용입니다. 임시 대화와 초안은 앱 종료 시 사라집니다.
• Mac 공증·최종 압축 해제 검증, Mac/Windows 팩 갱신·복원·재시작 검증 및 회귀 검사를 완료했습니다. Windows 수동 검수에서 사용자가 이상 없음을 확인했습니다. 설치형 EXE의 별도 설치 시험과 모든 포즈·환경 조합의 통과를 주장하지 않습니다.

What's new

• Character chat in the existing task window, with explicit parent/context selection and first-send consent through the supported official Codex CLI.
• Option-drag on Mac / Alt-drag on Windows, adjustable bubble placement and improved menu-bar/tray residency.
• Consent-driven app update checks, downloads and restart. Automatic checks default to OFF; downloads and installation remain manual choices.
• Independent Hugging Face character-pack updates, validation, manual application and rollback. Asuma Toki v3, v4 and v5 are separate appearances, never sequential upgrade targets.
• Fixes for Windows character rendering/recovery, Settings-tab cancellation, lingering transition locks, native menus, unsent drafts/excerpts and shutdown cleanup.
• A separate creator-skill ZIP with repackaging, feed generation and validation tools; no ComfyUI or model weights bundled.

Installation and scope

Version 0.7.1 requires one manual upgrade. Quit the app before replacing it. The Apple Silicon Mac ZIP is signed, notarized and stapled; Windows x64 installer and portable ZIP are unsigned. The installer update path requires separate device-level consent for unsigned updates; the portable ZIP uses manual replacement. Settings and imported packs are stored separately from the app folder. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS.txt.

Gpichan is the only bundled character. Import other characters from the public pack repository. Older packs without an update source require a one-time source-enabled import. Published pack bytes and feeds are unchanged: v3 pack 1.2.2, v4 pack 1.0.2, v5 pack 1.0.2.

Run alongside the Codex desktop app under the same OS account. Desktop status connection needs no CLI Hooks; character chat requires the supported official CLI/login. Dictation is Mac-only. Temporary chat and drafts are not persisted across app exit.

Mac notarization/final extraction, scoped Mac/Windows update/restore/restart checks and regression tests passed. The user reported no issues in Windows manual verification. Separate NSIS installation and exhaustive pose/environment coverage are not claimed. See the linked verification report for evidence boundaries.

All application and creator binaries were built from clean source b4dbbb7ab2292dd3707f3ca18e3e531423e76510; subsequent commits update documentation only. The release tag includes those documentation updates and the merge.
