/class/loos_hcb_scripts.php L55 での条件分岐が on、off どちらでも通ってしまうため、
コピー機能オフのときにも clipboard.min.js を読み込んでしまう箇所を修正。
この変更で /src/js/hcb_script.js L46 の条件分岐は
!window.ClipboardJSのみで問題ないはず ( コピー機能オフのときは window.ClipboardJS が undefined )。
