refactor: enhance file handling and error management for UI and DOCX processing

-refactor file path handling for '.ui' files to support both development and packaged environment
-update 'handle_file' method to include a check for 'selected_file' is equal to default path
-wrap 'create_photoID' method in a try-except block to handle runtime error during photo-processing
-wrap 'save_file' method in a try-except block to handle error when attempting to write to an open or locked .docx file
