Updated menu.py to reflect latest version changes.
Fixed All in One Deletion Tool:
- Fixed a bug where it doesn't delete the data if the players.sav doesn't exist in Players folder.
Updated Character Transfer:
- It now enables old Guild ID transfer by default.(Some users kept asking why it's not putting them in their old guild.)
- Refactored the code for easier readability.
