Updated menu.py to reflect latest version changes.
Updated multiple of tools to:
- Have protections against wrong selection of saves.
- Have protections against doing anything when save isn't loaded.
Updated readme to include the fix for Steam to GamePass save not transferred successfully.
Updated readme to remove the issue: bases wiping when moving from server to host. It was fixed by Pocket Pair.
