πŸ“ Changelog

  • Global Pal Storage editor opens again The new Sort button that was added to Global Pal Storage in 2.3.4 was wired to a handler that didn't exist, so the whole editor crashed and could not be opened at all. The editor now opens normally and the Sort button reorders your Global Pal Storage pals by Paldeck number, level, name, or rarity and IVs, exactly like the Pal Editor box sort.
  • Importing/cloning a base no longer risks touching works from your other bases β€” after an import, only the newly imported camp's orphan work records get cleaned up. Work records belonging to pre-existing bases are left alone, so a base import can no longer interfere with anything you already built.
  • Deleting bases or cleaning up unused data now removes all their leftover work records β€” the works that pointed at deleted structures or camps are now cleaned up reliably with the same consistent logic used elsewhere, so no stale work entries linger in the save after a deletion.
  • Editing a pal now applies to every pal you selected β€” with several pals selected, changing something in the pal panel (passive skills, active skills, level, IVs, souls, condenser rank, trust, work suitability, nickname, or the Lucky/Boss/Predator/Awakened/DNA toggles) only ever changed the one pal you clicked. The change now applies to the whole selection. Each pal keeps its own species and gets its own HP recalculated, so making one pal Lucky makes every selected pal Lucky rather than turning them all into copies of the first one. Selecting a single pal behaves exactly as before.
  • Sort your pals β€” a new "Sort" button in the Pal Editor box and in Global Pal Storage reorder your pals by Paldeck number, level, name, or rarity and IVs. Sorting packs everything together from the first slot, so a box full of gaps ends up as tidy with the empty slots at the end. Works on the palbox, DPS storage and Global Pal Storage, and the new order is saved, so it stays that way in-game.
  • The app remembers your save folder β€” your last used save folder is kept and offered again next time, so you don't have to dig for Level.sav by hand. The pickers that used to open somewhere random β€” Global Pal Storage, WorldOption, Slot Injector, Character Transfer, Fix Host Save and the GamePass Steam folder prompt β€” all start in your last used save folder. Tool sessions clear the loaded save while the tool runs and do not auto-reload it afterwards. GamePass sessions are never remembered, since those live in a local folder that is removed each time.
  • The pal you clicked stays highlighted β€” a pal slot dropped its selection outline every time its contents were redrawn, so the pal you clicked looked unselected the moment you changed anything, and flickered as you kept editing, even though it was still selected and still being edited. The outline is now put back after every refresh, in the palbox, party, DPS storage and Global Pal Storage, so what looks selected really stays selected.
  • Drag pals between slots β€” you can now pick a pal up and drop it on another slot to rearrange your storage. Drop it on an empty slot and it moves there, drop it on another pal and they swap. Works in Global Pal Storage, the palbox, DPS storage and your party, and the new positions are saved so playback shows the new order. Dragging is limited to the grid you started in, so a pal cannot accidentally move to another storage.
  • Cloning a pal no longer stops at a full page β€” right-clicking Clone only checked the page you were viewing, so a full page reported "no empty slot" even when the rest of your storage was empty. The clone now goes into the first free slot, jumping to another page when that page is full. You are only told the storage is full when it truly is.
  • Exporting a base keeps its palbox, even next to an overlapping neighbor β€” when two bases are close enough that their enlarged radii overlap, the game can reassign a PalBox's storage container to the neighboring base. Exported bases were then missing their PalBox entirely, so importing them was rejected as a broken base. Each exported base now carries the palbox that really belongs to it, so overlapping bases export cleanly and import works.
  • Pal Editor buttons no longer squeeze or overlap on narrow windows β€” the box header row and the multi-select toolbar are now flow layouts, so when the window is too narrow for every button (Box label, Restore All, Max, Max Buff, All Skills, Sort, Select All, Bulk Clone, Bulk Delete) they wrap onto extra lines instead of crushing each other or clipping their text.
  • Pal info icon buttons render on Windows β€” several small icon toggles in the pal info panel (predator variant, cheat, max all stats, max buff) are drawn in the Nerd Font. On Windows those buttons were missing the glyph font, so they appeared as blank squares. They now show their icons like the sidebar does.
  • Delete Imported Pals β€” a new menu option (Functions > Delete > Delete Imported Pals) removes every DNA-imported pal at once, from each player's party, palbox, and DPS storage, and from all base workers. Regular pals are left untouched, and imported pals in Global Pal Storage are not affected.
  • Portuguese (Portugal) translation is now kept fully up to date β€” the pt-PT translation file had been silently left out of the translation tool, so Portuguese (Portugal) users kept seeing English for keys added since the language was introduced. It now receives every new translation just like the other languages, and the latest additions (including the Delete Imported Pals wording) are already in place.
  • GamePass cloud sync no longer silently overwrites your edits β€” on some computers the old "cut the network" approach never actually disconnected, so cloud sync could overwrite the Game Pass save you just edited. PST now blocks only the Game Pass cloud-save sync worker with a firewall rule before writing the save, and will not touch the save if the block can't be established. The game itself keeps full network access and signs in normally, so after saving a dialog walks you through launching Palworld, waiting for the "Network connection unstable" message, then confirms to remove the block and let your new save sync up.
  • GamePass tools now ask nicely for administrator rights instead of failing β€” blocking the Game Pass cloud-save sync worker requires administrator rights. Fix Host Save and Restore Map now prompt to relaunch PST as administrator when needed, so you no longer hit a silent failure and can get the save fixed on the first try.
  • Saving a Game Pass world no longer crashes the app β€” when a Game Pass save finished, the app sometimes threw a Windows error and closed before you could launch Palworld and confirm the sync. Saving Game Pass worlds now flows straight into the cloud-sync wait dialog and completes normally.
  • Bumped version to 2.3.4
