Fixed

  • Added comprehensive carriage return protection to publish script
    • All version strings are now sanitized when read from manifests, state files, or CHANGELOG
    • State management functions strip carriage returns from both keys and values
    • CHANGELOG parsing handles version headers with embedded carriage returns
    • Prevents version string corruption that could break release process
    • Ensures consistent version formatting across all script operations
