Warning:

With this release you'll need to put in your Sequence balance api key again, this is because how it's being stored has changed and is more secure.
a restart after initial load maybe needed if upgrading. this is due to the encryption, I tired to make it auto encrypt any keys that were already present but noticed in testing that it may need a restart before the rules can function again (but the encryption worked)
